Duct Cleaning
Cleaning of an HVAC system is one of the best ways to improve indoor air quality and system performance. . The dust creates a basis for bacteria and fungi and require cleaning time to time otherwise the illnesses will show as allergy mucous membrane inflammation, migraine, tiredness, depression etc. Poor indoor air quality does not only come from the ventilation system, but it definitely contributes to a large extent.

Kitchen Duct
Cleaning of the kitchen exhaust system is one of the primary defenses against fire hazards. A dirty ventilation duct creates a fire danger. Dust burns very easily, and with suction in the duct system, the fire can spread out to other parts of the building rapidly.

Air Whip System
  • The AWS is connected to an air compressor (on ground). This air compressor supplies air at 8-9 psi pressure. The high pressure air instigates the plastic whips which in turn dislodges the dust caked to the duct surface. Very useful in removing stubborn coagulated dust and foreign objects embedded onto the duct surface.
Mini Roto-Brush
  • Very effective in cleaning ducts of less than 6 inches diameter. Excellent cleaning tool for ducts in constrained spaces such as ships and submarines. The brush is connected to the pnematic hand drill via a flexible shaft. The flexible shaft takes the shape of the duct and thus reduces cleaning time and manpower required—by cleaning the duct in one shot instead of section by section.
Mega Roto-Brush
  • Built for cleaning bigger size duct and longer ducts lengths . The flexible shaft rotates at 1760 rpm as compressed air can be fed through the nylon casing to the tube cleaning tool. As the tool removes the deposits, the air flow can flush them out. A solenoid valve ensures that air flows only when the machine is running. Air consumption can be regulated as needed.
